A combo is only worth it if you would have bought both services anyway. Two plans you use half as much is not a saving.

How activation works

    Choose your plan and pay

    Pick the duration, then pay by UPI inside your own app. Checkout asks for your name, WhatsApp number and email — nothing else.

    SubsHub confirms your payment

    A person checks the payment against your order. This is not automated, which is why it takes a little time and why the details are correct when they arrive.

    Your access is set up

    SubsHub activates the plan and sends you what you need to sign in — an invite, or the login details, depending on the plan.

    Check it works, then keep the thread

    Sign in and confirm everything is fine. Keep that WhatsApp thread — it is where replacements, questions and renewals are handled for the life of the plan.

Questions about this plan

How will I receive Combo 2-in-1?

On WhatsApp, to the number you enter at checkout. Most orders arrive within minutes of payment being confirmed, at any hour of the day or night. Human support, if you need to ask something, runs 10 AM to 10 PM IST. You do not need to be online when it arrives.

Will it work on my existing account?

No. This plan comes with sign-in details supplied by SubsHub, so you use those rather than your own account. If you need it on your own email or number, message support before ordering and you will be told which plans support that.

What does "Login details supplied by SubsHub" mean?

SubsHub sends you working sign-in details on WhatsApp. Use them as they are — changing the password, email or plan breaks the access.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Device and screen limits are set by the platform, not by SubsHub. Whatever the plan states is what applies — signing in on more devices than the plan allows will log someone out.

Is auto-renewal switched on?

No. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is stored. When the term ends, access simply stops until you choose to buy again.

What happens if it stops working?

Message the same WhatsApp thread with your order number. Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full term, and a working replacement is free — unless access was broken by changing the password or login details yourself. The full rules are in the Login Terms.

Can I get a refund?

If the plan is never delivered, yes — you get your money back. Once the login details or key have been sent, a digital item cannot be returned. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
