Buying FAQ: Payment, Delivery, Warranty and Refunds

Everything people ask before ordering, answered without marketing language — including the questions about risk.

The short version: you pay by UPI in rupees, access arrives on WhatsApp within minutes, plans run for a fixed term and then stop, and if access breaks before the term ends it gets replaced. The longer version is below.

Buying and payment

How do I pay?

By UPI, in Indian rupees. You scan the QR code at checkout and pay from any UPI app. No card details are taken and none are stored, so there is nothing to be charged against later.

Do I need an international credit card?

No. That is the main reason SubsHub exists. Indian cards frequently fail on international recurring billing because many overseas merchants never implemented the RBI e-mandate rules. Paying in rupees by UPI avoids the problem entirely.

Is there a minimum order?

No. The cheapest plans start under a hundred rupees a month and you can buy a single one.

Will I get an invoice?

Ask on WhatsApp and one will be issued. Useful if you are claiming a software licence as a business expense.

Delivery and activation

How long does delivery take?

Access is sent to your WhatsApp number within minutes of your UPI payment being confirmed, at any hour of the day or night. Delivery and support are two different things: delivery is fast around the clock, while a human replying to a question is available 10:00 to 22:00 IST. If a specific plan needs manual setup and will take longer, the product page says so before you pay.

What exactly do I receive?

Either an invite sent to the email address or mobile number you gave at checkout, or sign-in details supplied by SubsHub. Which one depends on how the platform handles sign-in. Every product page states which model that plan uses under Plan facts.

What if I gave the wrong email or number?

Message support on WhatsApp with your order number before the plan is activated and it can be corrected. After activation it depends on the platform.

Can I use my existing account?

On plans marked "on your email" or "on your number", yes — that is the point of them. On shared plans, no: you sign in to the account supplied.

How the plans work

What is the difference between a shared and a private plan?

A shared plan puts you on your own profile of an account other people also use. A private plan gives you an account nobody else is on. Shared is cheaper; private gives you control. Both are explained in the glossary.

How many devices can I use?

Device and simultaneous-stream limits are set by the platform and the tier, not by SubsHub. The limit that matters is how many people need to watch at the same time — check that against the plan before buying.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. A plan runs for the term you bought and then stops. There is no auto-debit and no stored payment method, so you decide each time whether to continue.

What happens when my plan expires?

Access simply ends. Anything tied to your own account — playlists, downloads, watch history on an on-mail or on-number plan — stays with your account.

Problems, warranty and refunds

What if my subscription stops working?

Message support on WhatsApp with your order number. Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full term, so you get working access back. The one exception is access broken by changing the login details yourself.

Why does changing the password void the warranty?

On a shared plan, changing the password logs everyone else out, including other paying customers. It is the one thing that cannot be undone from SubsHub's side.

Can I get a refund?

Digital items cannot be returned once the access details have been sent, which is standard for digital goods. Read the Refund Policy before ordering — it sets out the cases where a refund does apply.

How do I raise a complaint?

Email contact@subshub.in with "Grievance" in the subject line. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

About SubsHub

Is SubsHub an official partner of these platforms?

No. SubsHub is an independent reseller and says so on every product page. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of Netflix, Amazon, Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Spotify, Apple or any other platform it lists. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what is being sold.

Why is this cheaper than paying the platform directly?

Because plans are bought in bulk, some are shared across several buyers, and some are priced for regions where the platform charges less. That model has real trade-offs, and the guides on this site set them out honestly rather than pretending there are none.

What are the risks I should know about?

Platform terms vary and change, and some do not permit account sharing. A shared plan can stop working mid-term, which is what the replacement warranty is for. Never reuse a password you use elsewhere, and never hand over a primary email account. If a seller will not tell you the plan model, do not buy from them.

Still stuck?

Message support on WhatsApp at +91 63974 70509 or email contact@subshub.in, 10:00 to 22:00 IST, all days. For a formal complaint, email with “Grievance” in the subject line — those are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Unfamiliar terms are defined in the glossary. Prices for every plan and duration are on the price list. The full policies are in the Terms, the Refund Policy and the Login Terms. How the guides on this site are researched and corrected is set out in the editorial policy.

Every page on the site is listed on the site index.
