Is SubsHub Legit?
A fair question, and one you should ask any store selling subscriptions below official prices. Here is what is verifiable, what is not, and what could actually go wrong.
The short answer
SubsHub is a real, operating Indian store. It is a sole proprietorship, not a registered company. Orders are paid by UPI in rupees and delivered on WhatsApp. There is a published replacement warranty covering the full plan term, and a published refund rule. What SubsHub is not is an official partner of any streaming service, software vendor or AI company — it is an independent reseller, and every page on this site says so.
What you can verify yourself

- Policies that state their own exclusions: refunds, terms, login terms.
- A live price list generated from the store, so advertised prices cannot drift from checkout prices.
- Access type disclosed on every product before payment.

What we cannot currently offer — stated plainly
- No GST invoice. Sole proprietorship without GST registration. If you need input tax credit, buy officially.
- No published business address yet. This is a genuine gap under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The real risks of buying this way
Service enforcement. Streaming and software companies periodically tighten enforcement of account sharing and regional pricing. A plan can be disrupted mid-term for reasons no reseller controls. Our answer is the replacement warranty: if access breaks during your term, you get a working replacement free. That is a real protection, and it is also the honest limit of what any reseller can promise.
Terms of service. Buying access through a reseller may not align with the service's own terms. This is the grey area the whole category lives in. We are stating it rather than hiding it so you can decide with the facts.
Recourse. Buying from a small proprietorship means less formal recourse than buying from a large registered company. Mitigate it the sensible way: start with a cheap one-month plan, keep your order confirmation and UPI reference, and escalate through the published complaints route if something goes wrong. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
How to test us cheaply
Ask a question on WhatsApp before ordering. Then buy the cheapest one-month plan in the catalogue. If it arrives as described and support answers within stated hours, you have evidence. If it does not, you have lost very little. We would rather earn a second order than argue about a first one.

Is SubsHub a scam?
No. It is an operating store with published policies, a working support channel and a replacement warranty. That said, "not a scam" is a low bar — the useful question is whether the model's risks are acceptable to you, and this page is written to let you judge that.
Is buying resold subscriptions legal in India?
Buying a subscription for personal use is not a criminal matter for the buyer. The friction is contractual, between the reseller and the service provider, not legal exposure for you. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.
What happens if my account stops working?
Every plan carries a free replacement warranty for its full term. If access stops working before the term ends, it is replaced free — unless the password or login details were changed at your end. Message support with your order details and it is replaced.
Can I get my money back if I change my mind?
If a plan is never delivered, you get your money back. Once login details have been sent, the order cannot be returned.
