How activation works
You receive the key on WhatsApp. You enter it in Windows under Settings, or in Office during setup. There is no account handover and nothing shared — the key is yours and the activation is tied to your machine. Because it is a one-time key, there is no term, nothing expires and there is nothing to renew.
Do not buy a Windows key if your laptop came with Windows. Almost every laptop sold in India ships with a Windows licence already embedded in the firmware, and it reactivates automatically after a reinstall. Buying a key you already have is the most common wasted purchase in this category. Check Settings → System → Activation first. If it says Windows is activated, you do not need anything from this page.
Similarly, if you only need documents and spreadsheets occasionally, the free web versions of Word and Excel, or LibreOffice, will do the job at zero cost. Buy Office when you need the full desktop applications and use them regularly.
What is and is not included
Included: the licence key, activation instructions, and help from support if activation fails. Not included: the software download itself (you get that free from Microsoft), your data migration, or any hardware support. A key is a licence to use software, not the software and not a service contract.

Is a licence key a subscription?
No. Windows and Office keys sold here are one-time purchases. They do not expire, do not renew, and there is no monthly charge. The duration selector on a key product is a store artefact, not a term.
What if the key does not activate?
Message support with a screenshot of the error. If the key genuinely does not activate, you get a working replacement free. This is the case the replacement warranty was designed for.
Can I move the key to a new computer?
That depends on the licence type Microsoft applies to that key. Ask support before you reinstall rather than after — once a key is consumed, options narrow.
Will I get Microsoft updates?
Yes, an activated installation receives Microsoft's normal updates. Updates come from Microsoft, not from us.
Do you provide a GST invoice for business purchases?
No. SubsHub is a sole proprietorship without GST registration. For business software purchases that need an input-tax invoice, buy through an authorised Microsoft reseller.
