How to Judge a Digital Subscription Store in India
There are dozens of digital subscription stores in India and most of them look identical: same stock photos, same "100% genuine" badge, same countdown timer. Here is a checklist for telling them apart — written so you can use it against SubsHub too.
Nine things to check before paying anyone

What makes a subscription store in India trustworthy?
Specificity. A trustworthy store tells you the access type before you pay, states what voids the warranty, states when refunds do not apply, and does not claim partnerships it does not have. Vagueness on any of those four is the warning sign.
Why are these stores cheaper than official prices?
Regional pricing differences and shared multi-profile plans, mostly. Any store that will not explain the mechanism is hiding something.
Is it safe to pay by UPI to a small store?
UPI is a push payment — you approve each one, and no card details are stored anywhere. The risk is not the payment rail, it is whether the seller delivers. Keep the order confirmation and the UPI reference number.
