JioHotstar carries live cricket and other major sport alongside HBO and international series, plus a large Hindi and regional film catalogue. The Premium tier is the one that unlocks the highest picture quality and the widest simultaneous access the platform offers.

Live sport is the reason most people in India buy this. Check the fixture calendar before a short plan — a one-month plan bought between tournaments gets far less use.

Good for: Cricket and live sport viewers, and anyone who wants HBO series in India.
Skip it if: There is no sport you follow in the next few weeks. Time a longer plan to a tournament instead.

How will I receive Hotstar 4K?

On WhatsApp, to the number you enter at checkout. Most orders arrive within minutes of payment being confirmed, at any hour of the day or night. Human support, if you need to ask something, runs 10 AM to 10 PM IST. You do not need to be online when it arrives.

Will it work on my existing account?

No. This plan comes with sign-in details supplied by SubsHub, so you use those rather than your own account. If you need it on your own email or number, message support before ordering and you will be told which plans support that.

What does "Login details supplied by SubsHub" mean?

SubsHub sends you working sign-in details on WhatsApp. Use them as they are — changing the password, email or plan breaks the access.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Device and screen limits are set by the platform, not by SubsHub. Whatever the plan states is what applies — signing in on more devices than the plan allows will log someone out.

Is auto-renewal switched on?

No. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is stored. When the term ends, access simply stops until you choose to buy again.

What happens if it stops working?

Message the same WhatsApp thread with your order number. Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full term, and a working replacement is free — unless access was broken by changing the password or login details yourself. The full rules are in the Login Terms.

Can I get a refund?

If the plan is never delivered, yes — you get your money back. Once the login details or key have been sent, a digital item cannot be returned. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
