How will I receive Prime Video 4K (On Mail)?

Is auto-renewal switched on?

No. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is stored. When the term ends, access simply stops until you choose to buy again.

What happens if it stops working?

Message the same WhatsApp thread with your order number. Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full term, and a working replacement is free — unless access was broken by changing the password or login details yourself. The full rules are in the Login Terms.

Can I get a refund?

If the plan is never delivered, yes — you get your money back. Once the login details or key have been sent, a digital item cannot be returned. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
