Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you buy from subshub.in, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the details of what you bought. If a plan is delivered to your own email or mobile number, we collect that too, because we cannot activate it otherwise.
Our host and caching provider record standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages visited. If analytics are enabled on this site, they collect aggregate usage data.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card, bank or UPI credentials. Payment is approved inside your own UPI app; nothing sensitive is entered on this site. We do not ask for your Aadhaar, PAN or any government ID, and you should never send them to us — if anyone claiming to be us asks, it is not us.
Why we hold it
We use your details to deliver your order, honour your replacement warranty, handle refunds, and answer support messages. We may send you a renewal reminder before your plan expires. We will not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the payment provider that processes your UPI transaction, our hosting provider, and any authority where disclosure is legally required. Where a plan is activated on your own email or number, that detail is used solely to set the plan up.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as your plan is active plus a reasonable period afterwards for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. WhatsApp conversations remain in the thread unless you ask us to clear them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@subshub.in and we will respond within 30 days.

This site uses cookies necessary for the shopping cart and your account session to work. Analytics or advertising cookies, where present, can be blocked in your browser without affecting your ability to buy.
