Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 July 2026. These terms govern your use of subshub.in and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Login Terms, which set out the day-to-day rules for using the plans you buy.
1. Who we are
SubsHub is an independent online retailer of digital subscriptions and software licences, operating in India. Contact: contact@subshub.in, WhatsApp +91 63974 70509.
2. What we sell
We resell access to third-party subscription services and software licences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any of the brands whose services we resell. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe what a plan gives access to.
Each product page states whether a plan is shared or private, how it is delivered, and how long it lasts. That description forms part of your contract with us.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by UPI; no card or bank details are entered on this site or stored by us. An order is accepted once payment has cleared and we have sent your access details.
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a plan is unavailable, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent use.
4. Delivery
Access is delivered on WhatsApp to the number used to place the order, normally within minutes of payment clearing. Where a plan requires manual setup and will take longer, this is stated on the product page.
It is your responsibility to give us a reachable WhatsApp number. We cannot deliver to a number that is switched off, has blocked us, or was entered incorrectly.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the access we supply only as described on the product page and in our Login Terms. In particular you agree not to change account passwords, registered emails or recovery numbers on shared plans, not to resell or redistribute access, and not to exceed the device limits that apply to your plan.
Access obtained from us is for personal use. Commercial redistribution is not permitted.
6. Warranty
Every plan carries a replacement warranty for its full paid duration, on the terms set out in our Login Terms and Refund Policy. This warranty is our commitment to you and sits alongside, not instead of, any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains when a refund applies.
8. Availability and changes
Third-party services change their own pricing, regional availability and account rules without notice to us. Where such a change affects a plan you have already bought, we will supply a working replacement or, if that is not possible, refund the unused portion of your term.
We may update prices, plans and these terms at any time. Changes apply to future orders, not to plans you have already paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
